Deer Valley East Village 🏔️
Exciting changes are in store for Deer Valley East Village. The expansion will introduce new ski lifts, runs, and residential and hospitality spaces for the 2025/26 season. Additionally, the Four Seasons Hotel is under construction, enhancing access and offering high-end options to the market.
Canyons Village 🚡
Canyons Village is undergoing several enhancements to improve guest access, transportation, and the mountain experience:
- Parking Garage: A new five-level parking garage is under construction. The first 653 spaces will open for the 2025–26 ski season, with full completion by December 2026, including 1,840+ spaces, elevators, escalators, and a new transit center.
- Modern Gondola: The iconic Cabriolet lift will be replaced with a modern, 10-person enclosed gondola. This will provide faster, weather-protected transport from the new parking structure to the Upper Village plaza. There are discussions for a mid-station stop near the Silverado Hotel for easier access.
- Sunrise Lift: Debuting in the 2025–26 season, the new Sunrise lift will replace the old chairlift with a high-capacity version. It will connect Pendry Park City and The Lift condos to the Red Pine area, easing congestion and improving skier flow.
These upgrades are complemented by a new pedestrian-friendly Welcome Plaza, improved ADA access, and sustainable design features, making movement within Canyons Village more convenient and enjoyable.
